It’s still a bit uncomfortable for me to look at these… but I guess that’s the point of this picture series. It reflects how I perceived the capital of Thailand: chaotic, loud and dirty. But of course not everything about it was as unpleasant as it looks like in the photos. Check out the Bangkok blogpost in my travel blog to read more about my experiences there.
The following pictures were taken at the airplane graveyard in Bang Kapi, on of the 50 districts of Bangkok. We paid 200 Baht per person to the family actually living on that piece of land! They build a barn for their chickens out of one of the airplane wrecks, for example.
